Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the Sky 247 services provided via the website skai247.bet and set out the legally binding terms and conditions applicable to all use of the Site and Services by you as a Player, effective from 6 November 2025.

- Sky 247: The localized presentation and configuration of the Services on skai247.bet targeted at players who access the Site from the United Kingdom or identify themselves as resident in the UK.
- User or Player: Any natural person who creates an account or otherwise accesses or uses the Site or Services for any purpose.
- Account: The personal betting and gaming account opened by a Player with the Operator through the Site.
- Bet or Wager: Any sum of money risked by a Player on the outcome of a game, event, market or proposition offered by the Operator via the Site.
- Bonus: Any promotion, reward, free bet, free spin, cashback, loyalty reward or other incentive credited to an Account subject to specific terms, including wagering or turnover requirements.

Account Registration

- Password confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out through your Account using the correct username and password will be deemed to have been carried out by you.

Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is accepted by the Operator only when it appears as "accepted" in your betting history on the Site. Until that point, any indication of a potential Bet (including items in your bet slip) is an invitation to place a Bet and not a binding offer.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: The Site displays applicable minimum and maximum stakes for each market or game. The Operator may adjust these limits at its discretion, including for individual Players, in order to manage risk or comply with regulatory obligations.
- Odds and game rules: The rules for each sports market and casino game, including paytables and RTP (where provided), are available on the relevant section of the Site. Where proprietary "Sky" games are offered, RTP values are based on internal testing and supplier data; independent audit certificates may not always be publicly downloadable, but fairness is monitored through technical controls and regulatory oversight.

Modification, Cancellation and Errors

- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at odds or with terms that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error (for example, inverted odds or materially mispriced markets), the Operator may declare the Bet void or settle it at the correct odds, acting reasonably and consistently with industry practice.
- Technical interruptions: If your connection is interrupted while placing a Bet or playing a game, the final records stored on the Operator's servers will be conclusive as to whether and how a Bet was placed and/or a game round was completed.
- Settlement of Bets: Bets are settled on the basis of the official result as determined by the relevant governing body or game provider. In case of uncertainty, the Operator's settlement decision, acting reasonably and with reference to available information, shall be final.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Social Features
- Respectful behaviour: If the Site offers live casino or chat functions, you must behave respectfully towards dealers, support staff and other Players. Insults, harassment, threats, hate speech, discriminatory language or inappropriate content are strictly prohibited.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not engage in collusion with other Players, automated play (bots), chip dumping, arbitrage based on internal information, game manipulation or any other form of dishonest behaviour.
- Monitoring and enforcement: The Operator may monitor gameplay and chat interactions. Suspected breaches may result in removal of chat access, confiscation of bonuses or winnings derived from prohibited conduct, suspension or permanent closure of your Account, and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Responsible gambling: You are encouraged to set personal limits and to seek help if gambling ceases to be enjoyable. Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility

Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Wagering (turnover) requirements: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any associated winnings must be wagered a specified number of times before they become withdrawable. For example, a 100% deposit Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement on the Bonus amount means you must place qualifying bets equal to 30 times the Bonus amount.
- Timeframes: Each Bonus may be subject to a maximum validity period (for example, 7, 14 or 30 days from crediting). If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

General Bonus Provisions
- Right to amend: The Operator may modify, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at its discretion, provided that such changes do not unfairly disadvantage Players who have already met qualifying conditions, in which case the original terms will continue to apply to those Players.
- Priority of terms: In case of conflict between these general Bonus Terms and specific promotional terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits

Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations

- Accuracy of information: While the Operator aims to ensure that information on the Site (including odds, promotions, rules and RTP data) is accurate and up to date, minor errors or delays in updating may occur.
- Security: Reasonable technical and organisational measures are implemented to protect your data and Account from unauthorised access. However, no system is completely secure and residual risks remain.
Exclusions and Limitations
- No UKGC protections: As the Operator does not hold a licence from the UKGC, certain UK-specific regulatory protections (including mandatory third-party dispute resolution via IBAS or similar bodies, GamStop registration, and specific UK fund-protection categories) do not apply to your use of the Services.

- the amount of the relevant Bet or game stake; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the total amount of deposits made into your Account in the 3 months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim,

Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
